Agulha não pica - the needle doesn't prick. It was a year ago that Gabriella asked her daughter whether she wanted to learn how to embroider and her daughter replied, 'the needle pricks'. So she set about showing her daughter that the needle doesn't prick when used with the 'head and the heart'. It became her motto.
This story inspired her to create her own range of embroidery kits for young children and the not so young. The embroidery kits are made in Portugal, use Portuguese materials, are inspired by traditinal Portuguese embroidery and culture and all the kits are presented in taleigos” – traditonal patchwork drawstring bags.

The Kits are designed for 8yrs - 80yrs and include printed fabric, threads, a hoop for working, needle, instructions and a wooden picture frame for the completed work. Threads colours vary in all kits
